Demetrios currently leads business development for Xnergy Financial as he completes his Series 79 and 63 this year.

He is a licensed real estate professional who specializes in commercial real estate transactions and 1031 exchanging. He has an EMS designation from the National Council of Exchangors as an Equity Marketing Specialist. Demetrios has extensive knowledge and experience in creative financing and deal structure to meet the desired benefits of all the principals involved.

He also played professional basketball in Europe for 8 years from 2001-2009.
