Alexei Muniak

Alexei Muniak is an investment banker within the Real Estate and Healthcare Sectors of Xnergy Financial. In this role, he leads, identifies and develops new ventures and strategic acquisitions for the company as well as advises companies on their financing needs. Mr. Muniak's role also includes raising capital in equity and all forms of debt from private equity funds, venture capitalists, family office and accredited investors.

Earlier positions within financial services have included trading within a self-clearing retail's brokerage firm. Prior experience includes real estate acquisitions, hospitality business management as well as running legendary boutique agency D+V's West Coast operations where Mr. Muniak created the Media & Entertainment division acquiring clients such as Disney, DreamWorks & Universal NBC.
